Interesting fact, a while ago this cis-woman up in Norway I believe did an experiment to see if cis-men could produce breast milk. They can but in small amounts :3
I’d have to look around for the source, but I believe nearly all breasts are capable of producing milk with the right hormones, whether cis-male or cis-female or intersex. It’s once you start fiddling with surgery that it’s possible to lose the ability.
